MASALA OATS || BREAKFAST RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Oats - 100gms
- Onion - 1 small (chopped)
- Tomato - 1/2 small (chopped)
- Green peas - 1 cup
- Carrot - 1 cup (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Green coriander - 1/4 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
FOR TEMPERING:
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1/2 Sprig
- Green chilli - 1
- Take a pan. Put oats and dry roast for a few minutes. Take it out.
- Heat oil in the same pan. Crackle mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillis, onion and saute.
- Add tomato and saute.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, green peas, carrot & saute.
- Add a glass of water & mix well. Put the lid & simmer.
- Add green coriander, roasted oats. Cover & simmer.
- Serve hot.
