JEERA MASALA BHARE MIRCH KE PAKORE || SNACKS RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Big green chillies - 10-12
  2. Gram flour - 250 gms
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
  5. Soda bicarb - 1/2 tsp
  6. Green coriander - 1/4 Cup
  7. Lemon - 1/2
  8. Salt - To taste
  9. Oil - For Frying
FOR BATTER:
  1. Gram flour - 250 gms
  2. Roasted cumin powder - 1 Pinch
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Green coriander - 1/4 Cup
  5. Salt - to taste
METHOD:
  1. Slit the chillies. Remove seeds. Add gram flour, roasted cumin powder, salt, lemon & water 2 tbsp & mix well. Stuff it in the chilli.
  2. Take a bowl. Add the batter ingredients & mix well with water.
  3. Heat oil in a karahi. Pour hot oil 1 tbsp on Soda bicarb & mix the batter well.
  4. Coat chillies with the batter & deep fry till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with ketchup & green chutney.
