CHICKEN RESHMI KABAB || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken - 2 Breasts (Small cubes)
  2. Fat - 100 gms
  3. Onion - 1 Big (Cubes)
  4. Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Coriander - 1/4 Cup
  8. Mint - 1/4 Cup
  9. Green chilli - 2
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - For Frying
FOR GROUNDED MASALA
  1. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  2. Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
  4. Dry red chilli - 2
  5. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add Chicken & Fat & grind well.
  2. Add onion, green chilli & grind well.
  3. Take a bowl. Add grounded chicken & grounded masala & all ingredients & mix well.
  4. Take equal amount & give shape. 
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Put kababs one by one & let fry until golden brown on low flame.
  6. Serve hot with lemon & onion slices & mint leaves.
