CHICKEN RESHMI KABAB || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
- SERVINGS: 4-5
- Chicken - 2 Breasts (Small cubes)
- Fat - 100 gms
- Onion - 1 Big (Cubes)
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander - 1/4 Cup
- Mint - 1/4 Cup
- Green chilli - 2
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds- 1 tsp
- Dry red chilli - 2
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Take a mixer jar. Add Chicken & Fat & grind well.
- Add onion, green chilli & grind well.
- Take a bowl. Add grounded chicken & grounded masala & all ingredients & mix well.
- Take equal amount & give shape.
- Heat oil in a pan. Put kababs one by one & let fry until golden brown on low flame.
- Serve hot with lemon & onion slices & mint leaves.
