PAYE KA SALAN - LAMB TROTTERS CURRY || PAYA RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

FOR SOUP:
- Lamb Trotters - 4
- Onion - 1/2 Chopped
- Garlic Cloves with skin - 5-6
- Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
- fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Tomatoes - 2 Medium
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 2
- Green chillies - 2
- Green coriander - 1/4 Cup
- Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
- Oil - 2 spoon
- Take a cooker. Add soup ingredients. Put the lid & bring the cooker on full pressure on high heat for 5-6 whistles. Separate trotters from soup, strain the soup.
- Heat Oil & Ghee in a cooker. Add Cumin seeds, Bay leaf, Green chillies, Onions.
- Add Ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, salt to taste.
- Add red chilli powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder, coriander powder, dry coconut powder. Add soup occasionally & mix well.
- Add Curd & mix well.
- After 5-10 mins add trotters. Add garam masala powder, green coriander, water (if needed), salt to taste.
- Put the lid & cook till 2-3 whistles.
- Serve hot with toasted pav, paratha.
