PAYE KA SALAN - LAMB TROTTERS CURRY || PAYA RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
FOR SOUP:
  1. Lamb Trotters - 4
  2. Onion - 1/2 Chopped
  3. Garlic Cloves with skin - 5-6
  4. Coriander seeds - 1/2 tsp
  5. fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  7. Salt - to taste
FOR CURRY:
  1. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  2. Tomatoes - 2 Medium
  3. Curd - 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  6. Kashmiri lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  8. Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
  9. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  11. Bay leaf - 2
  12. Green chillies - 2
  13. Green coriander - 1/4 Cup
  14. Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
  15. Oil - 2 spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a cooker. Add soup ingredients. Put the lid & bring the cooker on full pressure on high heat for 5-6 whistles. Separate trotters from soup, strain the soup.
  2. Heat Oil & Ghee in a cooker. Add Cumin seeds, Bay leaf, Green chillies, Onions.
  3. Add Ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, salt to taste.
  4. Add red chilli powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder, coriander powder, dry coconut powder. Add soup occasionally & mix well. 
  5. Add Curd & mix well.
  6. After 5-10 mins add trotters. Add garam masala powder, green coriander, water (if needed), salt to taste.
  7. Put the lid & cook till 2-3 whistles.
  8. Serve hot with toasted pav, paratha.
