SUPER TASTY NALLI NIHARI || NALLI NIHARI RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled Mutton pieces - 1/2 kg
  2. Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
  3. Nihari masala - 2 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Ghee - 1 Spoon
  8. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Boil Mutton with salt to taste. Separate Mutton stock.
  2. Heat Oil & Ghee in a cooking pot. Add onion, mutton & mix well.
  3. After 5-6 mins, add nihari masala & stock occasionally & mix well. Cover & simmer, salt to taste, cover & simmer on low flame.
  4. Add water & wheat flour & mix well in a bowl.
  5. Add the batter & add a 1/2 glass of water.
  6. Add red chilli powder on low flame & simmer.
  7. Add water & cook till low flame.
  8. Add Ginger Julienne, green chillies, green coriander & cook on low flame for 5 mins.
  9. Serve hot with paratha. Garnish with green coriander, ghee. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder.
