- Dosa Rice - 1/2 Kg
- Puffed Rice - 1 Cup
- Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup
- Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Take a bowl, add dosa rice & fenugreek seeds, wash it & keep aside.
- Soak it in water & keep it aside for 3-4 hrs.
- Take a bowl, add urad dal, wash it & keep aside.
- Soak it in water & keep it aside for 3-4 hrs.
- After 3-4 hrs, drain the water out.
- Take a mixer jar, add dal & grind it into a fine paste.
- Take a bowl, add puffed rice, wash it & grind it.
- Take a bowl, grind the rice finely.
- Add rice batter. Add puffed rice. Add a little water & grind it into a fine paste.
- Add puffed rice batter & mix all the 3 batters together. Mix it once with hands.
- Put the lid & keep aside in kitchen cabinet or warm place. Keep it overnight.
- After overnight. Mix the fermented batter for once. Take out some batter & mix well.
- Add salt. Add a little water & mix well.
- Take a mixer jar, add roasted chana dal & grind it into a fine paste.
- Heat a pan, spread the batter & give shape, put ghee on it, put onion chutney & some ghee.
- Sprinkle roasted chana dal powder.
