GHEE ROAST DOSA | BREAKFAST & EVENING TIME RECIPES | DOSA RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Dosa Rice - 1/2 Kg
  2. Puffed Rice - 1 Cup
  3. Urad Dal - 1/2 Cup
  4. Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add dosa rice & fenugreek seeds, wash it & keep aside. 
  2. Soak it in water & keep it aside for 3-4 hrs.
  3. Take a bowl, add urad dal, wash it & keep aside.
  4. Soak it in water & keep it aside for 3-4 hrs.
  5. After 3-4 hrs, drain the water out.
  6. Take a mixer jar, add dal & grind it into a fine paste.
  7. Take a bowl, add puffed rice, wash it & grind it.
  8. Take a bowl, grind the rice finely.
  9. Add rice batter. Add puffed rice. Add a little water & grind it into a fine paste.
  10. Add puffed rice batter & mix all the 3 batters together. Mix it once with hands.
  11. Put the lid & keep aside in kitchen cabinet or warm place. Keep it overnight.
  12. After overnight. Mix the fermented batter for once. Take out some batter & mix well.
  13. Add salt. Add a little water & mix well.
  14. Take a mixer jar, add roasted chana dal & grind it into a fine paste.
  15. Heat a pan, spread the batter & give shape, put ghee on it, put onion chutney & some ghee.
  16. Sprinkle roasted chana dal powder.
