INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked Rice - 1/2 kg
- Chana Dal - 1 tsp
- Urad Dal - 1 tsp
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Tomato - 1 Small (Sliced)
- Groundnuts - 1 tbsp
- Dry Red Chillies - 2
- Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
- Cumin Seeds & Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Sambhar Masala - 1 tsp
- Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup
- Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
- Heat Oil in a cooking pot. Add Cumin, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Groundnuts, Chana dal, Urad dal, Dry red chilies & mix.
- Add Onions, tomato & mix. Add Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Sambhar masala, salt to taste & a little water & stir well.
- Add Cooked Rice & stir well. Cover & cook.
- Add green coriander, mint leaves & stir well.
- Serve hot with Pickle & Papad.
