MASALA RICE || BREAKFAST RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Cooked Rice - 1/2 kg
  2. Chana Dal - 1 tsp
  3. Urad Dal - 1 tsp
  4. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  5. Tomato - 1 Small (Sliced)
  6. Groundnuts - 1 tbsp
  7. Dry Red Chillies - 2
  8. Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
  9. Cumin Seeds & Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  11. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Sambhar Masala - 1 tsp
  13. Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup
  14. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
  15. Salt - To Taste
  16. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat Oil in a cooking pot. Add Cumin, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Groundnuts, Chana dal, Urad dal, Dry red chilies & mix.
  2. Add Onions, tomato & mix. Add Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Sambhar masala, salt to taste & a little water & stir well.
  3. Add Cooked Rice & stir well. Cover & cook.
  4. Add green coriander, mint leaves & stir well.
  5. Serve hot with Pickle & Papad.
