AMBADAI KI CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- SERVING: 6-7
- Red Sorrel - 1 Bunch
- Tomatoes - 2 (Cubes)
- Garlic Cloves - 6-7
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dry Red Chilies - 3-4
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - To taste
- Green Coriander
- Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
- Garlic Cloves - 3-4 (Chopped)
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
- Dry Red Chilies - 2
- Oil - 3 Spoon
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin Seeds, Garlic Cloves, Dry Red Chillies, Tomatoes & saute.
- Add Red Sorrel, cover & simmer for 5-6 mins.
- Add Green coriander & let it cool down at room temperature & then grind into a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard & Fenugreek seeds, Garlic Cloves, Curry leaves, Dry red chilies, Red chili & turmeric powder. Now add the paste & cover & cook for 5 Mins.
- Serve with Plain Rice.
