AMBADAI KI CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD


  • PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
  • SERVING: 6-7
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Red Sorrel - 1 Bunch
  2. Tomatoes - 2 (Cubes)
  3. Garlic Cloves - 6-7
  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Dry Red Chilies - 3-4
  7. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Salt - To taste
  9. Green Coriander
  10. Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
  11. Garlic Cloves - 3-4 (Chopped)
  12. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  13. fenugreek Seeds - 1 tsp
  14. Dry Red Chilies - 2
  15. Oil - 3 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add Cumin Seeds, Garlic Cloves, Dry Red Chillies, Tomatoes & saute.
  2. Add Red Sorrel, cover & simmer for 5-6 mins.
  3. Add Green coriander & let it cool down at room temperature & then grind into a fine paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard & Fenugreek seeds, Garlic Cloves, Curry leaves, Dry red chilies, Red chili & turmeric powder. Now add the paste & cover & cook for 5 Mins.
  5. Serve with Plain Rice.
