HOW TO MAKE CURD - DAHI AT HOME BY AYESHA'S WORLD


INGREDIENTS:
  1. Milk - 1/2 liter
METHOD:
  1. Take a vessel. Add milk & boil it.
  2. Add Jamun (Curd) - 1 tbsp, when the milk is lukewarm. Mix well.
  3. Keep aside for 4-5 hours or overnight.
