COCONUT & CURRY LEAVES CHUTNEY || CHUTNEY RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Grated Coconut - 1/2
  2. Onion - 1 Medium (Cut into cubes)
  3. Green Chillies - 6-7
  4. Curry Leaves - 4 Sprigs
  5. Tomato cut into cubes - 1 Medium            
  6. Garlic cloves - 7-8 
  7. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  8. Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  9. Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
  10. Tamarind - 10 gms
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Heat a pan add 2 tbsp Oil add mustard seeds crackle it.
  2. Add fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, coconut, garlic cloves, saute. Remove and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan add tomato, onion, green chillies and tamarind saute it. Remove and let it for cool.  
  4. Grind all ingredient by adding a little bit of water and salt.
  •  Kuch Batein, Kuch Seekh, Kuch Tips:
             1 - Do not grind chutney into a fine paste.
             2 - Maintain the thickness of chutney.

  1. Coconut and curry leaves chutney is very tasty and healthy.
  2. Serve with Roti, Plain Rice, Idli, Dosa and chapati. It's nutrition value is so high.
