CHICKEN MASALA GRAVY || CHICKEN KA SALAN BY AYESHA'S WORLD

  • PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken (Cut into small pieces) - 1 Kg
  2. Onion (Sliced) - 2
  3. Tomato (Chopped) - 4
  4. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  7. Dry Coconut Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  9. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Curd - 1 Spoon
  11. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  12. Bay Leaf - 2
  13. Green Cardamom - 2
  14. Cloves - 2
  15. Green Chillies - 2
  16. Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup
  17. Oil - 2 Spoon
  18. Vanaspati Ghee - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat Oil & Vanaspati Ghee in a Karahi. Add Dry Spices, Onion fry until golden brown.
  2. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste. Add Tomatoes, cook until tomatoes get pulpy & separate from Oil.
  3. Add Dry Masalas Powders except for Garam Masala Powder.
  4. Add Curd & stir continuously. 
  5. Add Chicken & mix well. Cover & Cook.
  6. Serve Hot.
  •  Kuch Batein, Kuch Seekh, Kuch Tips
  • Tips : 
  1. Apply Vinegar on Chicken. Keep for a while. Wash thoroughly.  
  2. Cook Masala thoroughly until the aroma breaks out.
  3. Beat Curd before adding in Masala.
  • About Recipe:
  1. You can serve it with Plain rice, Jeera Rice, Roti, Naan, Chapati, Baghara Khana.
