RAW MANGO SHARBAT || KAIRI KA SHARBAT BY AYESHA'S WORLD


  • PREPARATION TIME: 10-15 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 30 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
FOR MAKING PULP:
  1. Raw Mangoes - 5 
  2. Sugar - 300 gms
METHOD:
         1 - Boil Raw Mangoes, peel, and extract the pulp.
         2 - Add pulp and sugar in a saucepan.
         3- Stir constantly until sugar is completely dissolved.
         4- Let it cool then pour the pulp into the jar.

INGREDIENTS:
FOR MAKING SHARBAT:
  1. Mango Pulp - 3 tbsp
  2. Water - 1 ltr
  3. Ice cubes -  as required
METHOD:
  1. Put Mango pulp, Ice cubes,  water in a blending jar.
  2. Close the jar properly and blend it for 10-20 seconds.
  3. Pour the sharbat into serving glasses.
  4. Super tasty sharbat is ready.
