MUTTON KOFTA FRY || MUTTON KOFTA RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Mince or Boneless Mutton - 500 gms (cut into small pieces)
  2. Onion - 1 (cut into small cubes)
  3. Ginger-Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
  8. Green Chillies - 2-3
  9. Green Coriander - 2 tbsp
  10. Curd - 2 tbsp
  11. Oil or Ghee - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add mutton and all dry masala powder mix well.
  2. Grind all in a mixer jar.
  3. Add onion, green chilli, green coriander and grind well.
  4. Make small balls of grounded mutton.
  5. Boil 1 glass of water in a karahi, add mutton balls in it.
  6. Cover and cook till the water gets absorbed.
  7. Add ghee or oil and fry koftas until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with mint chutney.

  1. Add curd while making koftas.
  2. Do not grind in fine past.

You can serve koftas as a starter, enjoy with dal, rice roti and parathas.
