ANDON KA KHARAZ || EGG BHURJEE
- PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Egg - 3
- Onion - 3 (Sliced)
- Tomato - 1 (Chopped)
- Green chilli - 3-4 (Chopped & 1 Slited)
- Green coriander - 1/2 Cup
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, green chilli, tomato & stir occasionally.
- Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste & mix well. Saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add eggs one by one. Add 1/2 glass of water.
- Add garam masala powder. Cover & cook.
- Gently flip the eggs & mix well.
- Serve hot with pav & roti etc.
