ALOO KA PALLIUM FOR MASALA DOSA
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- Potatoes - 4 Big (Boiled)
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped & Sliced)
- Tomato - 1 (Chopped)
- Chana & Urad dal - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli - 3-4 (Slited & Chopped)
- Cumin & mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - Few
- Green coriander - Few
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - Less than 1 Spoon
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin & mustard seeds, chana & urad dal, curry leaves & green coriander, onion (Chopped) & saute.
- Add green chilli & saute.
- After 2-3 mins add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder & saute.
- Add tomato, mashed potato & saute.
- Add salt to taste. Cover & cook for 1 min.
- Add slit onion, green coriander & mix. Sprinkle some water & mix. Cover & cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.
- Spread on the dosa & serve hot.
