ALOO KA PALLIUM FOR MASALA DOSA

  • PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Potatoes - 4 Big (Boiled)
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped & Sliced)
  3. Tomato - 1 (Chopped)
  4. Chana & Urad dal - 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger - garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilli - 3-4 (Slited & Chopped)
  8. Cumin & mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  9. Curry leaves - Few
  10. Green coriander - Few
  11. Salt - To taste
  12. Oil - Less than 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin & mustard seeds, chana & urad dal, curry leaves & green coriander, onion (Chopped) & saute.
  2. Add green chilli & saute.
  3. After 2-3 mins add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder & saute.
  4. Add tomato, mashed potato & saute.
  5. Add salt to taste. Cover & cook for 1 min.
  6. Add slit onion, green coriander & mix. Sprinkle some water & mix. Cover & cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.
  7. Spread on the dosa & serve hot.
