INSTANT COCONUT CHUTNEY FOR DOSA
- PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 5-10 Mins
- Coconut - 1/2
- Roasted chana dal - 2 tbsp
- Garlic cloves - 6-7
- Cumin & mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 4-5
- Curry leaves - 2 Sprig
- Green coriander - Few
- Dry red chilli - 1
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a mixer jar. Add coconut, roasted chana dal, garlic cloves & grind.
- Add green chillies, green coriander, salt to taste, water 1/2 glass & grind well.
- Take out in a bowl, add water & mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add tempering ingredients & saute.
- Put the tempering on chutney & mix.
- Serve with Idli, Dosa, Wada, etc.
