INSTANT COCONUT CHUTNEY FOR DOSA

  • PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 5-10 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Coconut - 1/2
  2. Roasted chana dal - 2 tbsp
  3. Garlic cloves - 6-7
  4. Cumin & mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Green chilli - 4-5
  6. Curry leaves - 2 Sprig
  7. Green coriander - Few
  8. Dry red chilli - 1
  9. Salt - To taste
  10. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add coconut, roasted chana dal, garlic cloves & grind.
  2. Add green chillies, green coriander, salt to taste, water 1/2 glass & grind well.
  3. Take out in a bowl, add water & mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add tempering ingredients & saute.
  5. Put the tempering on chutney & mix.
  6. Serve with Idli, Dosa, Wada, etc.
