- PREPARATION TIME:

- Dosa Batter - as required
- Egg - as required
- Onion Chutney - as required
- Aloo ka pallium - as required
- Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp
- Cheese - as required
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - as required
- Ghee - as required
METHOD:
- Take a bowl, add dosa batter. Add salt to taste, soda bicarb, little water & mix well with the batter. Here, are the 5 types of dosa.
1. ONION CHUTNEY DOSA:
- Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
- Put ghee, spread onion chutney.
- Turn the other side over & cook until down.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
2. MASALA EGG DOSA:
- Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
- Put ghee, spread onion chutney, egg.
- Turn the other side over & cook until down.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
3. MASALA DOSA:
- Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
- Put butter, spread onion chutney, aloo ka pallium, grate cheese.
- Turn the other side over & cook until down.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
4. TASTY CHEESE BUTTER DOSA:
- Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
- Put butter, grate cheese.
- Turn the other side over & cook until down.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
5. SAADA DOSA:
- Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
- Spread butter or ghee.
- Turn the other side over & cook until down.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
