HOW TO MAKE 5 DIFFERENT TYPES OF DOSA

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Dosa Batter -  as required
  2. Egg - as required
  3. Onion Chutney - as required
  4. Aloo ka pallium - as required
  5. Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp
  6. Cheese - as required
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Butter - as required
  9. Ghee - as required
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add dosa batter. Add salt to taste, soda bicarb, little water & mix well with the batter. Here, are the 5 types of dosa.
1. ONION CHUTNEY DOSA:
  1. Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
  2. Put ghee, spread onion chutney.
  3. Turn the other side over & cook until down.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
2. MASALA EGG DOSA:
  1. Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
  2. Put ghee, spread onion chutney, egg.
  3. Turn the other side over & cook until down.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
3. MASALA DOSA:
  1. Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
  2. Put butter, spread onion chutney, aloo ka pallium, grate cheese.
  3. Turn the other side over & cook until down.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
4. TASTY CHEESE BUTTER DOSA:
  1. Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
  2. Put butter, grate cheese.
  3. Turn the other side over & cook until down.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
5. SAADA DOSA:
  1. Heat a pan. Put the batter on a pan & move the spoon in a circular direction.
  2. Spread butter or ghee.
  3. Turn the other side over & cook until down.
  4. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
