MIX VEGETABLE PULAO || PULAO RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Basmati Rice - 1 Kg (Soaked in water)
  2. Green Peas - 1/2 Kg
  3. Cauliflower - 1/2
  4. Potato - 4-5 (Cut in half)
  5. Carrot - 1 Big (Sliced)
  6. Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
  7. Tomato - 3 Big (Sliced)
  8. Curd - Less than 1 Cup
  9. Ginger - Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
  10. Kashmiri powder - 1 tbsp
  11. Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  12. Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  13. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  14. Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
  15. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  16. Green chillies - 2-3
  17. Shah Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  18. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  19. Black pepper - Few
  20. Bay leaf - 2
  21. Star Anise - 2
  22. Cloves - 3-4
  23. Cardamom - 2
  24. Cinnamon Stick - 1
  25. Lemon - 1
  26. Green coriander - Few
  27. Mint leaves - Few
  28. Salt  -to taste
  29. Ghee - 1 Spoon
  30. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Soak veggies in water with a little salt in it.
  2. Heat oil & ghee in a cooking pot. Add all spices & saute.
  3. Add onion & saute.
  4. Add tomatoes & saute.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  6. Add all dry masalas & saute. Add little water & saute.
  7. Add green chilli.
  8. Add curd & mix well. Add little water & saute for 2-3 mins.
  9. Add green coriander & mint leaves.
  10. Add all veggies & saute. Cover & simmer.
  11. Add carrot & mix. Cover & simmer on low flame for 5-6 mins.
  12. Add 1 1/2 ltr water & mix well. Cover & mix.
  13. Add rice & mix. Cover & simmer.
  14. Add lemon juice & saute. Cover & mix.
  15. Low the flame & mix for once.
  16. Cover the lid with a cotton cloth & cook for 15-20 mins.
