INGREDIENTS:
- Goat head mutton - 1 (Cut in small pieces)
- Onion - 1 (chopped)
- Tomato - 1 (chopped)
- Ginger - garlic paste -1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Dry coconut powder - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
- Green chilli - 1
- Green coriander - 1 Cup (chopped)
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
- Take a bowl. Add mutton, onion, turmeric powder & mix.
- Take a cooker, add mutton & saute.
- Add oil & saute.
- After 5-6 mins. Add all ingredients & mix.
- Add green chilli & saute.
- Add garam masala powder & saute.
- Add water less than 1/2 tsp & saute.
- Cover the lid & cook until the meat tenders.
- Serve hot with Rice, roti, etc.
