GOAT HEAD MASALA || MUNDI MASALA RECIPE || A UNIQUE RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Goat head mutton - 1 (Cut in small pieces)
  2. Onion - 1 (chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 (chopped)
  4. Ginger - garlic paste  -1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Dry coconut powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Garam masala powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
  10. Green chilli - 1
  11. Green coriander - 1 Cup (chopped)
  12. Salt - To taste
  13. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add mutton, onion, turmeric powder & mix.
  2. Take a cooker, add mutton & saute.
  3. Add oil & saute.
  4. After 5-6 mins. Add all ingredients & mix.
  5. Add green chilli & saute.
  6. Add garam masala powder & saute.
  7. Add water less than 1/2 tsp & saute.
  8. Cover the lid & cook until the meat tenders.
  9. Serve hot with Rice, roti, etc.
