CHEELY DAL KI KHICHDI || ANDHRA SPECIAL RECIPE || A UNIQUE RECIPE ON YOUTUBE

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Basmati Tukda Rice - 1 kg (Soak in water) 
  2. Sem ki phalli - 1 Cup (Soaked in water)
  3. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  4. Tomato - 1 Big (Sliced)
  5. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  8. Bay leaf - 2
  9. Cinnamom stick - 1 stick
  10. Green cardamom - 2
  11. Cloves - 3
  12. Green coriander - few
  13. Green chilli - 2
  14. Sal - to taste
  15. Ghee - 1 Spoon
  16. Oil - 1/2 Spoon

METHOD:
  1. Heat ghee, oil in a cooking pot.
  2. Add dry spices & saute. Add onion & saute.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add tomato & saute. Add salt to taste.
  5. Add green chilli & saute.
  6. Add turmeric powder & saute. 
  7. Add garam masla powder & saute.
  8. Add sem ki phalli & saute.
  9. Add rice & mix well. Add water 1.5 ltr & mix well. Add salt to taste.
  10. Add green coriander & mix well. Cover & simmer & cook for another 5-10 mins.
  11. Serve hot with Baigan ka bharta etc.
