CHICKEN HARIYALI KABAB || HARA CHICKEN || HARA BHARA CHICKEN KABAB
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken - 1/2 kg (Pounded with hammer or okhli)
- Onion - 1 (Cut in cubes)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli - 6-7
- Lemon - 1 or 1/2
- Green coriander - few
- Mint leaves - few
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Put green coriander, green chilli, mint leaves & grind in a fine paste.
- Add ginger garlic paste, onion & grind in a paste.
- Add salt, grounded paste & mix.
- Add lemon, oil & mix well.
- Heat a pan. Put chicken pieces. Cover & simmer for 5 mins.
- Gently flip & shallow fry. Fry until chicken turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with salad & green chutney.
