- Chicken - 1/2 Kg
- Boiled Eggs - 4
- Potatoes - 2 Big (Cut into two equal halves)
- Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Tomato - 2 Big (Chopped)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Biryani - Pulao masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2-3 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Salt - taste
- Curd - 1/2 Cup
- Green coriander - Few
- Green chilli - 4-5
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Dry Spices: Bay leaf - 1, Green Cardamom - 2, Cloves - 2, Cinnamon stick - 1
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Heat a handi. Add oil, cumin seeds & saute.
- Add dry spices & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add green chilli & saute.
- After a min, add all masalas, a little water & mix well.
- Add curd & saute, add a little water & saute.
- Add chicken pieces & mix well. Cover & cook.
- Add green coriander & saute.
- Add potatoes & mix well. Cover & cook.
- Add eggs & mix well. Add hot water as per the gravy required.
- Add green coriander & mix well.
- Serve hot with rice, roti etc.
