ANDHRA STYLE SHADIYON WALA MURGH KA SALAN || EGG, CHICKEN & POTATO SALAN BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken - 1/2 Kg
  2. Boiled Eggs - 4
  3. Potatoes - 2 Big (Cut into two equal halves)
  4. Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
  5. Tomato - 2 Big (Chopped)
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds  powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Biryani - Pulao masala - 1/2 tsp
  12. Coriander powder - 2-3 tbsp
  13. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  14. Salt - taste
  15. Curd - 1/2 Cup
  16. Green coriander - Few
  17. Green chilli - 4-5
  18. Cumin seeds  - 1/2 tsp
  19. Dry Spices: Bay leaf - 1, Green Cardamom - 2, Cloves - 2, Cinnamon stick - 1
  20. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1.  Heat a handi. Add oil, cumin seeds & saute.
  2. Add dry spices & saute.
  3. Add onion & saute.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  5. Add tomato & saute.
  6. Add green chilli & saute.
  7. After a min, add all masalas, a little water & mix well.
  8. Add curd & saute, add a little water & saute.
  9. Add chicken pieces & mix well. Cover & cook.
  10. Add green coriander & saute.
  11. Add potatoes & mix well. Cover & cook.
  12. Add eggs & mix well. Add hot water as per the gravy required.
  13. Add green coriander & mix well.
  14. Serve hot with rice, roti etc.
