INGREDIENTS:
  1. Long Green Chillies - 250 gms (Cut into small pieces)
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Fennel Seeds - 2 tbsp
  4. Fenugreek Seeds - 1 tbsp
  5. Mustard Seeds - 2 tbsp
  6. Yellow Mustard - 1 tsp
  7. Nigella Seeds - 1 tbsp
  8. Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
  9. White Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  10. Salt - To Taste
  11. Mustard or Cooking Oil - 1/2 Cup
METHOD:
  1. Heat a pan. Add fennel, fenugreek, mustard & nigella seeds & dry roast. Take a mixer jar & coarsely grind it.
  2. Heat a pan. Add oil.
  3. Add asafoetida & yellow mustard & saute.
  4. Add green chilli & saute. Add salt & mix well.
  5. Add coarsely grounded powder & mix well.
  6. Add vinegar & mix well.
  7. Add turmeric powder & mix well. Transfer it into a jar & keep under sunlight for 2-3 days.
