- Chicken Pieces - 1/2 Kg
- Boiled Eggs - 3 (Cut into equal halves)
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 4 tbsp
- Dry Coconut powder - 4 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Black powder - Few
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli - 12-15
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Heat a karahi. Add chicken, onion, turmeric powder, salt & saute.
- Add oil & saute.
- Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
- Add grounded green chilli & saute.
- Add coriander powder & saute.
- Add dry coconut powder & saute Cook on low flame.
- Add a cup of water & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame till chicken tenders.
- Add garam masala powder & mix well.
- Add black pepper & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame for 5 mins.
- On low flame add boiled eggs. Cover & cook on low flame for 2 mins.
- Serve hot with rice, roti, etc.
