HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN GRAVY WITH SOME TIP || SUPER TASTY & EASY CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken - 1/2 Kg
  2. Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomato - 2 Big (Sliced)
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  7. Dry Coconut powder - 2 tbsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  9. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  10. Curd - 1/2 Cup
  11. Cinnamon Stick - 1
  12. Green Cardamom - 2
  13. Bay Leaf - 1
  14. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  15. Shah Zeera - 1 tsp
  16. Fennel seeds - 1 Pinch
  17. Carom seeds - 1 Pinch
  18. Kasoori Meethi - 1 tsp
  19. Green Coriander - Few
  20. Green Chilli - 4 (Chopped & Slited)
  21. Salt - To Taste
  22. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a karahi. Add dry spices & saute.
  2. Add onion & saute.
  3. Add green chilli & saute.
  4. Add green chilli & saute.
  5. Add tomato & saute.
  6. Add all masalas & mix well. Add a little water & mix well on high flame.
  7. Add curd & mix well. Add a little water & mix well on medium-low flame.
  8. Add chicken pieces & mix well, cover & cook until chicken tenders.
  9. Add green chilli, carom seeds, fennel seeds, kasoori meethi & mix well. Add 1/2 glass of lukewarm water (if required) & mix well.
  10. Add green coriander & fried onion & mix well, cover & cook on low flame for 5 mins.
