METHOD:
PEANUT CHIKKI RECIPE STEP BY STEP || CHIKKI RECIPE || MOONGFALLI CHIKKI BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Peanuts - 1 Cup
- Jaggery - 1 Cup
- Ghee - 1/2 tbsp
- Heat a pan, add peanuts & dry roast on high flame. Take it out in a plate, remove the skin once it cools down at room temperature & keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add jaggery & mix well.
- Take a bowl of water, add some melted jaggery, once it sets, turns off the flame. Add peanuts & mix well.
- Take a plate, spread some ghee on it, add jaggery & peanut mixture.
- Once it partially cools down, make cuts in it & keep aside.
- Take it out once done.
