METHOD:
5 MINUTE MEIN BANAYE BREAD AUR ALOO KI CRISPY & TASTY SNACK || EVENING SNACKS BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Boiled Potato - 4 Big (Boil them by adding a little salt, grate them & keep aside)
- Bread - 6 (Grind & make bread crumbs)
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coarsely Grounded Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Corn Flour 1 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Green Coriander - Few
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a bowl, add grated potatoes, bread crumbs - 4-5 tbsp, all ingredients well if required add more bread crumbs & knead it into a dough.
- Spread oil on both palms, take some mixture, press against the palms & give shape.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Put potato balls one by one in hot oil & let them fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup & green chutney.
