5 MINUTE MEIN BANAYE BREAD AUR ALOO KI CRISPY & TASTY SNACK || EVENING SNACKS BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled Potato - 4 Big (Boil them by adding a little salt, grate them & keep aside)
  2. Bread - 6 (Grind & make bread crumbs)
  3. Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  4. Cumin Seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Coarsely Grounded Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  6. Chaat Masala - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Black Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Corn Flour  1 tbsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Green Coriander - Few
  12. Oil - For Frying
    METHOD:
    1. Take a bowl, add grated potatoes, bread crumbs - 4-5 tbsp, all ingredients well if required add more bread crumbs & knead it into a dough.
    2. Spread oil on both palms, take some mixture, press against the palms & give shape.
    3. Heat oil in a karahi. Put potato balls one by one in hot oil & let them fry until golden brown.
    4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup & green chutney.
