MERI TIPS KE SAATH BANAYE MAZEDAR MEETHI KI PURI KADVI NAHI LAGEGI || MEETHI KI PURI BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Wheat Flour - 4 Cups
  2. Fenugreek Leaves - 1 Bunch (Chopped)
  3. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  4. Coarsely grounded Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  7. Green coriander - Few (Chopped)
  8. Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
  9. Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - 1 tbsp
    METHOD:
    1. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, mix carom seeds in it.
    2. Add all other ingredients to it & knead it into a hard dough.
    3. Add water as required & knead a dough. Keep aside for 10 mins.
    4. Spread oil on a rolling board, roll the dough for once, take an equal amount of it & make dough pieces.
    5. Take the dough piece, roll it against the rolling board & give the shape of puri.
    6. Heat oil in a karahi, add puris one by one & let them fry until golden brown.
