METHOD:
MERI TIPS KE SAATH BANAYE MAZEDAR MEETHI KI PURI KADVI NAHI LAGEGI || MEETHI KI PURI BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Wheat Flour - 4 Cups
- Fenugreek Leaves - 1 Bunch (Chopped)
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Coarsely grounded Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Green coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl, add wheat flour, mix carom seeds in it.
- Add all other ingredients to it & knead it into a hard dough.
- Add water as required & knead a dough. Keep aside for 10 mins.
- Spread oil on a rolling board, roll the dough for once, take an equal amount of it & make dough pieces.
- Take the dough piece, roll it against the rolling board & give the shape of puri.
- Heat oil in a karahi, add puris one by one & let them fry until golden brown.
