BACHI HUI YA BASI ROTI SE BANAYE MAZEDAR NASHTA || TASTY SNACK WITH LEFTOVER ROTI BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Leftover Roti - 2-3 (Cut them into any shape)
- Gram Flour - 4 tbsp
- Grated Potato - 1
- Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Carom seeds - 1 pinch
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coarsely grounded coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Sabzi Masala - 1 tsp
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
- Green Chilli - 2 (Chopped)
- Curry leaves - Few (Chopped)
- Green coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For drying
- Take a bowl, add gram flour, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, green coriander & mix them well.
- Add all ingredients by adding water, mix well & make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a karahi, dip the roti pieces in the batter & put them in hot oil, let them fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
