BACHI HUI YA BASI ROTI SE BANAYE MAZEDAR NASHTA || TASTY SNACK WITH LEFTOVER ROTI BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Leftover Roti - 2-3 (Cut them into any shape)
  2. Gram Flour - 4 tbsp
  3. Grated Potato - 1
  4. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  5. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  6. Carom seeds - 1 pinch
  7. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Coarsely grounded coriander powder - 1 tsp
  10. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  11. Sabzi Masala - 1 tsp
  12. Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp
  13. Green Chilli - 2 (Chopped)
  14. Curry leaves - Few (Chopped)
  15. Green coriander - Few (Chopped)
  16. Salt - to taste
  17. Oil - For drying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, green coriander & mix them well.
  2. Add all ingredients by adding water, mix well & make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a karahi, dip the roti pieces in the batter & put them in hot oil, let them fry until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.
