COOKER MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAR SA MATAR KA PULAO | VEG PULAO | PULAO RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Basmati Rice - 750 gms
  2. Green Peas - 1/2 kg
  3. Potatoes - 6-7(Cut into small pieces)
  4. Tomato - 1 Big (Sliced)
  5. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  7. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Biryani-Pulao Masala - 1 tbsp
  12. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  13. Cinnamon Stick - 1 Small
  14. Cloves - 4
  15. Green Cardamom - 2
  16. Black Cardamom - 1
  17. Bay Leaf - 1
  18. Green Coriander - Few
  19. Mint Leaves - Few
  20. Lemon Slices - as required
  21. Green Chilli - 4
  22. Salt - To taste
  23. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  24. Biryani-Pulao Masala - 1 tbsp
  25. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a cooker. Add dry spices, cumin seeds & saute.
  2. Add onion & saute.
  3. Add tomato & saute.
  4. Add all masalas, salt to taste & saute. Add a little water & mix well.
  5. Add green peas & mix well.
  6. Add potato & mix well.
  7. Add green chilli & mix well.
  8. Add biryani-pulao masala & mix well. Add a litre of water & mix well.
  9. Add green coriander & mint leaves & mix well. Put the lid without whistle & cook until water boils. When the water boils add rice & mix well.
  10. Add black pepper & lemon slices & mix well.
  11. Add green coriander & mint leaves & mix well. Put the lid, bring cooker on full pressure on high flame, cook until 2 whistles.
  12. Heat ghee in a vessel, add biryani pulao masala & mix well. Put this tempering into pulao & put the lid.
  13. Serve hot with kachumbar.
