COOKER MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAR SA MATAR KA PULAO | VEG PULAO | PULAO RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Basmati Rice - 750 gms
- Green Peas - 1/2 kg
- Potatoes - 6-7(Cut into small pieces)
- Tomato - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Biryani-Pulao Masala - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon Stick - 1 Small
- Cloves - 4
- Green Cardamom - 2
- Black Cardamom - 1
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Green Coriander - Few
- Mint Leaves - Few
- Lemon Slices - as required
- Green Chilli - 4
- Salt - To taste
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Biryani-Pulao Masala - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Heat oil in a cooker. Add dry spices, cumin seeds & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add all masalas, salt to taste & saute. Add a little water & mix well.
- Add green peas & mix well.
- Add potato & mix well.
- Add green chilli & mix well.
- Add biryani-pulao masala & mix well. Add a litre of water & mix well.
- Add green coriander & mint leaves & mix well. Put the lid without whistle & cook until water boils. When the water boils add rice & mix well.
- Add black pepper & lemon slices & mix well.
- Add green coriander & mint leaves & mix well. Put the lid, bring cooker on full pressure on high flame, cook until 2 whistles.
- Heat ghee in a vessel, add biryani pulao masala & mix well. Put this tempering into pulao & put the lid.
- Serve hot with kachumbar.
