MERI SECRET RECIPE KE SAATH BANAYE MAZEDAAR ALOO DA PARATHA | PUNJABI ALOO PARATHA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Boiled Potatoes - 6-7 (Boil them by adding a little salt) (Mash them with a fork)
- Onion - 1 (Chopped)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 Pinch
- Cumin Seeds & Mustard Seeds 1 tsp
- Kasoori Meethi / Dry Fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Mint Leaves- Few
- Green Chilli - 4-5 (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Heat a karahi. Add oil, cumin & mustard seeds, curry leaves & mix well.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add green chilli & saute.
- Add ginger & garlic paste & saute.
- Add turmeric powder & mix well. Add salt to taste & mix well.
- Add mashed potato & mix well.
- Add garam masala powder & coarsely grounded coriander powder & mix well.
- Add dry fenugreek leaves & mix well.
- Turn off the flame, add green coriander & mint leaves & mix well.
- Dust some wheat flour on rolling board, take a wheat four dough & roll it & make small balls.
- Take a roti, put aloo mixture & spread all over.
- Spread butter on it. Place another roti on it.
- Dust some wheat flour & roll it again & give shape.
- Heat a tawa, put paratha & cook until done inside out.
- Spread butter from sides & cook.
- Serve hot with curd, pudiney ki chutney, achaar & butter.
