MERI SECRET RECIPE KE SAATH BANAYE MAZEDAAR ALOO DA PARATHA | PUNJABI ALOO PARATHA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled Potatoes - 6-7 (Boil them by adding a little salt) (Mash them with a fork)
  2. Onion - 1 (Chopped)
  3. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam Masala Powder - 1 Pinch
  7. Cumin Seeds & Mustard Seeds  1 tsp
  8. Kasoori Meethi / Dry Fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
  9. Curry Leaves - Few
  10. Mint Leaves- Few
  11. Green Chilli - 4-5 (Chopped)
  12. Green Coriander - Few
  13. Salt - To taste
  14. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Heat a karahi. Add oil, cumin & mustard seeds, curry leaves & mix well.
  2. Add onion & saute.
  3. Add green chilli & saute.
  4. Add ginger & garlic paste & saute.
  5. Add turmeric powder & mix well. Add salt to taste & mix well.
  6. Add mashed potato & mix well.
  7. Add garam masala powder & coarsely grounded coriander powder & mix well.
  8. Add dry fenugreek leaves & mix well.
  9. Turn off the flame, add green coriander & mint leaves & mix well.
  10. Dust some wheat flour on rolling board, take a wheat four dough & roll it & make small balls.
  11. Take a roti, put aloo mixture & spread all over.
  12. Spread butter on it. Place another roti on it.
  13. Dust some wheat flour & roll it again & give shape.
  14. Heat a tawa, put paratha & cook until done inside out.
  15. Spread butter from sides & cook.
  16. Serve hot with curd, pudiney ki chutney, achaar & butter.
