RESTAURANT STYLE RAJMA MASALA | VEG MASALA |  KIDNEY BEANS RECIPE | RAJAM CHAVAL BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Kidney Beans - 250 gms (Boil them by adding a little salt & water, save the water for later use).
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Grind into fine paste)
  3. Tomatoes - 2 Big (Grind into a fine puree)
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Kitchen King Masala - 1 tbsp
  11. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  12. Bay Leaf - 1
  13. Whole dry Red Chilli - 2
  14. Salt - To Taste
  15. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  2. Add bay leaf & saute.
  3. Add whole dry red chilli & saute. On a low flame, add onion paste & saute on high flame.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  5. Add tomato puree & saute. Put the lid & cook for another 5 mins.
  6. Add boiled kidney beans water & saute. Put the lid & cook on low flame for another 5 mins.
  7. Add boiled kidney beans & saute. Mash them a little bit.
  8. Add green coriander & mix well. Put the lid & simmer.
  9. Serve hot with rice.
