- Lapsi Rawa - 250 gms
- Onion - 1 Small (Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 Small (Chopped)
- Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
- Carrot - 1/2 Cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
- Green Chilli - 3 (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Heat a cooker, add oil, ghee.
- Add mustard seeds & saute.
- Add curry leaves & saute.
- Add onions & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add green chilli & saute.
- Add ginger garlic paste & saute. Add all masalas except for garam masala powder & saute.
- Add green peas & saute.
- Add carrots & saute. Add water - 4 cups & mix well. Add green coriander & mix well.
- Cook until the water boils, when it boils, add lapsi rawa & mix well.
- Put the lid & cook till 3 whistles.
- Serve hot.
