BANAYE TASTY & HEALTHY NASHTA JOH SAARE DIN KI BHUK KO CONTROL KARE | LAPSI RAWA RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Lapsi Rawa - 250 gms
  2. Onion - 1 Small (Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 Small (Chopped)
  4. Green Peas - 1/2 Cup
  5. Carrot - 1/2 Cup
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
  10. Green Chilli - 3 (Chopped)
  11. Green Coriander - Few
  12. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  13. Curry Leaves - Few
  14. Salt - To Taste
  15. Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
  16. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat a cooker, add oil, ghee.
  2. Add mustard seeds & saute.
  3. Add curry leaves & saute.
  4. Add onions & saute.
  5. Add tomato & saute.
  6. Add green chilli & saute.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste & saute. Add all masalas except for garam masala powder & saute.
  8. Add green peas & saute.
  9. Add carrots & saute. Add water - 4 cups & mix well. Add green coriander & mix well.
  10. Cook until the water boils, when it boils, add lapsi rawa & mix well.
  11. Put the lid & cook till 3 whistles.
  12. Serve hot.
