- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins

- Dosa Batter - 1/2 Cup
- All-Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 Cup
- Curd - 1/2 Cup
- Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
- Curry Leaves - 2 (Chopped)
- Ginger - 1/2 Small Piece (Crushed)
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a bowl, add curd, a little water in it. Mix the curd well.
- Add all ingredients (4-9) in curd.
- Add dosa batter, all-purpose flour in it & mix well. Mix all the ingredients well by adding a little water.
- Keep the batter aside for 1 hour.
- After an hour. Add soda bi-carb, heated oil - 1 tbsp in it & mix well.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Give shape & put the balls one by one in hot oil & fry until golden brown
- Serve hot.
TIP:
- If you want you can also add Desiccated Coconut in it.
