KHATTE DAHI AUR BACHE HUE DOSA, IDLI BATTER SE BANAYE TATSY EVENING SNACK || SOUTH INDIAN RECIPE || MYSORE BONDA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Dosa Batter - 1/2 Cup
  2. All-Purpose Flour - 1 1/2 Cup
  3. Curd - 1/2 Cup
  4. Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
  5. Curry Leaves - 2 (Chopped)
  6. Ginger - 1/2 Small Piece (Crushed)
  7. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  8. Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
  11. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add curd, a little water in it. Mix the curd well.
  2. Add all ingredients (4-9) in curd.
  3. Add dosa batter, all-purpose flour in it & mix well. Mix all the ingredients well by adding a little water.
  4. Keep the batter aside for 1 hour.
  5. After an hour. Add soda bi-carb, heated oil - 1 tbsp in it & mix well.
  6. Heat oil in a karahi. Give shape & put the balls one by one in hot oil & fry until golden brown
  7. Serve hot.
TIP:
  1. If you want you can also add Desiccated Coconut in it.
