LOCKDOWN RECIPES | BANAYE MAZEDAAR CHAR SIRF 1 TAMATAR, 1 PYAZ AUR HOMEMADE RASAM POWDER KE SAATH BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 5 Mins

- Onion - 1 (Sliced)
- Tomato - 1 (Sliced)
- Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
- Tamarind - Handful
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Rasam Masala Powder - 2 tbsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Green Coriander - Few
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Soak tamarind in lukewarm or room temperature water for 5 mins & separate it from the pulp.
- Heat oil in a handi. Add tempering ingredients & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- After a min, add tomato, green chillies & saute.
- Add turmeric powder, salt & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame.
- After 5-6 mins, add tamarind pulp, water - 1/2 litre & cook on high flame.
- Add red chilli powder, rasam masala powder & mix well.
- Add water 1/2 a glass & mix well.
- Add salt & mix well.
- Add green coriander & mix well.
- Put the lid & cook until it boils. Turn off the flame, put the flame, put the lid & serve after 5 mins.
- Serve hot.
