IFTAR RECIPE FOR RAMADAN | CRISPY EGG PAKORA | ANDA PAKORA | PAKORA RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled Egg - 4 (Grate)
  2. Spring Onion - 1 Bunch (Finely Chopped)
  3. Fenugreek Leaves - Handful (Finely Chopped)
  4. Gram Flour - 1 Cup
  5. Green Chillies - 3 (Finely Chopped)
  6. Ginger - 1 inch (Grate)
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Chaat Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
  10. Green Coriander - Few (Finely Chopped)
  11. Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  12. Soda Bi-carb - 1/4 tsp
  13. Salt - To Taste
METHOD:
  1. Take an open vessel. grate boiled egg, grated ginger. Add all the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients, add water & mix well.
  2. Give shape as shown in the video.
  3. Heat oil put one by one in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
  4. Serve hot.
