- Boiled Egg - 4 (Grate)
- Spring Onion - 1 Bunch (Finely Chopped)
- Fenugreek Leaves - Handful (Finely Chopped)
- Gram Flour - 1 Cup
- Green Chillies - 3 (Finely Chopped)
- Ginger - 1 inch (Grate)
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tbsp
- Chaat Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
- Green Coriander - Few (Finely Chopped)
- Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Soda Bi-carb - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Take an open vessel. grate boiled egg, grated ginger. Add all the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients, add water & mix well.
- Give shape as shown in the video.
- Heat oil put one by one in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
