- Chicken Legs - 4 (Boiled & Shredded)
- Potatoes - 3 (Boiled)
- Egg White - 2
- Milk - 1/4 Cup
- Bread Crumbs - as required (For Coating)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Green Chillies - 5-6 (Grind it finely)
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Lemon - 1/2
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a mixer jar, add shredded chicken & grind finely.
- Mash potatoes with a fork. Add boiled mashed potatoes in grounded chicken.
- Add all the ingredients (5-11) & mix well.
- Take a bowl, add egg whites beat well. Add milk & beat well. Keep it aside.
- Take some chicken mixture roll against palms & give shape.
- Dip it in beaten egg whites, coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan. Put the rolls one by one & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
