INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Legs - 4 (Boiled & Shredded)
  2. Potatoes - 3 (Boiled)
  3. Egg White - 2
  4. Milk - 1/4 Cup
  5. Bread Crumbs - as required (For Coating)
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  7. Green Chillies - 5-6 (Grind it finely)
  8. Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  9. Chaat Masala Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  10. Lemon - 1/2
  11. Green Coriander - Few
  12. Salt - To Taste
  13. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add shredded chicken & grind finely.
  2. Mash potatoes with a fork. Add boiled mashed potatoes in grounded chicken.
  3. Add all the ingredients (5-11) & mix well.
  4. Take a bowl, add egg whites beat well. Add milk & beat well. Keep it aside.
  5. Take some chicken mixture roll against palms & give shape.
  6. Dip it in beaten egg whites, coat with bread crumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Put the rolls one by one & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
  8. Serve hot.
