MAGGI RECIPE | MAGGI MEIN THODISI MOONGPHALLI DAL DIJIYE AUR PHIR ISKA KAMAL DEKHIYE | MAGGI MASALA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Maggi Masala - Full Packets
  2. Sabzi Masala - 1 tbsp
  3. Oil - 1 tbsp
  4. Maggi - 4 Bars
  5. Peanuts - 1/4 Cup (Coarsely Crushed. Separate from the skin)
  6. Onion - 1/2 (Sliced)
  7. Tomato - 1/2 (Sliced)
  8. Green Chillies - 2 (Sliced)
  9. Green Coriander - Few
  10. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  11. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  12. Curry Leaves - Few
  13. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add Maggi masala, sabzi masala, a little water & mix well.
  2. Heat water in an open vessel. Bring water to a boil, add oil, maggi bars. Keep it to boil.
  3. Take a vessel. Add oil, add cumin seeds & saute.
  4. Add mustard seeds & saute.
  5. Add curry leaves & saute.
  6. Add peanuts & saute.
  7. Add green chillies & saute.
  8. Add onion & saute.
  9. After 2-3 mins, on low flame, add tomato & saute.
  10. Add maggi masala & mix well.
  11. After 2-3 mins, add boiled maggi & mix well.
  12. After 2-3 mins, add green coriander & mix well.
  13. Serve hot.
