MAGGI RECIPE | MAGGI MEIN THODISI MOONGPHALLI DAL DIJIYE AUR PHIR ISKA KAMAL DEKHIYE | MAGGI MASALA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Maggi Masala - Full Packets
- Sabzi Masala - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Maggi - 4 Bars
- Peanuts - 1/4 Cup (Coarsely Crushed. Separate from the skin)
- Onion - 1/2 (Sliced)
- Tomato - 1/2 (Sliced)
- Green Chillies - 2 (Sliced)
- Green Coriander - Few
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Take a bowl, add Maggi masala, sabzi masala, a little water & mix well.
- Heat water in an open vessel. Bring water to a boil, add oil, maggi bars. Keep it to boil.
- Take a vessel. Add oil, add cumin seeds & saute.
- Add mustard seeds & saute.
- Add curry leaves & saute.
- Add peanuts & saute.
- Add green chillies & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- After 2-3 mins, on low flame, add tomato & saute.
- Add maggi masala & mix well.
- After 2-3 mins, add boiled maggi & mix well.
- After 2-3 mins, add green coriander & mix well.
- Serve hot.
