- Cooked Kolam Rice - 3 Cups
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Potato - 1 (Cut into small pieces)
- Carrot - 1 Small (Chopped)
- Capsicum - 1 Small (Chopped)
- Green Peas - 1 Handful
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder -- 1 tbsp
- Sabzi Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaves - Few
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Heat oil in a karahi. Add mustard seeds & saute.
- Add cumin seeds & saute.
- Add fennel seeds & saute.
- Add asafoetida & saute.
- Add curry leaves & saute.
- Add onion & saute. After 1-2 mins, add tomato & saute.
- After 2 mins, add potato & saute.
- After 3-4 mins, add green peas & saute. Put the lid & saute.
- After 3-4 mins, add veggies & saute.
- Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
- Add all the ingredients & saute. After 2-3 mins of sauteing, add cooked rice & mix well. Put the lid & cook for another 3-4 mins.
- Add green coriander & mix well. Put the lid & cook for another 5-6 mins.
- Serve hot.
