INGREDIENTS:
  1. Cooked Kolam Rice - 3 Cups
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
  4. Potato - 1 (Cut into small pieces)
  5. Carrot - 1 Small (Chopped)
  6. Capsicum - 1 Small (Chopped)
  7. Green Peas - 1 Handful
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tbsp
  9. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  11. Coriander Powder -- 1 tbsp
  12. Sabzi Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
  13. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  14. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  15. Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
  16. Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
  17. Curry Leaves - Few
  18. Green Coriander - Few
  19. Salt - To Taste
  20. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a karahi. Add mustard seeds & saute.
  2. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  3. Add fennel seeds & saute.
  4. Add asafoetida & saute.
  5. Add curry leaves & saute.
  6. Add onion & saute. After 1-2 mins, add tomato & saute.
  7. After 2 mins, add potato & saute.
  8. After 3-4 mins, add green peas & saute. Put the lid & saute.
  9. After 3-4 mins, add veggies & saute.
  10. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  11. Add all the ingredients & saute. After 2-3 mins of sauteing, add cooked rice & mix well. Put the lid & cook for another 3-4 mins.
  12. Add green coriander & mix well. Put the lid & cook for another 5-6 mins.
  13.  Serve hot.
