- Chicken Pieces - 8-10
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
- Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
- Green Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Rock Salt - 1 tbsp
- Green Chillies - 10-12 (Crushed)
- Salt - To Taste
- Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/2
- Beetroot - 1/2 Small (Grated)
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Oil - Little for frying
- Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (1-9) & mix well.
- Add other ingredients (10-12) & mix well. Keep aside for 4-5 hours or overnight to marinate.
- Take a bowl, add curd, grated beetroot & mix well.
- After 4-5 hours. Take a chicken piece & coat with beetroot& curd mix.
- Take a pan, put coated chicken pieces one by one & let it fry until done inside out.
- Fry on medium-low flame.
- Put a little oil & let it fry.
- Serve hot.
