INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Pieces - 8-10
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  3. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
  6. Green Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Rock Salt - 1 tbsp
  8. Green Chillies - 10-12 (Crushed)
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Mustard Oil - 1 tbsp
  11. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Lemon Juice - 1/2
  13. Beetroot - 1/2 Small (Grated)
  14. Curd - 1 Cup
  15. Oil - Little for frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (1-9) & mix well.
  2. Add other ingredients (10-12) & mix well. Keep aside for 4-5 hours or overnight to marinate.
  3. Take a bowl, add curd, grated beetroot & mix well.
  4. After 4-5 hours. Take a chicken piece & coat with beetroot& curd mix.
  5. Take a pan, put coated chicken pieces one by one & let it fry until done inside out.
  6. Fry on medium-low flame.
  7. Put a little oil & let it fry.
  8. Serve hot.
