LOCKDOWN RECIPE EK PYAZ AUR EK TAMATAR SE BANAYE 5 LOGON KE LIYE ALOO MATAR KI GRAVY BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Potato - 1 (Cut into cubes)
- Green peas - 1 Cup
- Onion - 1 (Cut into cubes)
- Tomato - 1 (Cut into cubes)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
- Kitchen King Masala - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
- Green Coriander - Few
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Take a mixer jar, add onion & grind it to make a puree.
- Add tomato & grind it to make a puree.
- Take a karahi, add oil, cumin seeds & saute.
- Add onion puree & saute.
- After a min of sauteing, add ginger garlic paste & saute.
- After 2-3 mins, add tomato puree & saute.
- After 3-4 mins, add turmeric powder & saute.
- Add red chilli powder & saute.
- Add coriander powder & saute.
- Add salt 7 saute. Add a little water & mix well.
- After 1-2 mins, add green peas, potato & saute.
- Add kashmiri lal mirch powder 7 mix well.
- Add a little water & mix well. Put the lid & simmer for 5-6 mins.
- take out some. Mash green peas & potato.
- Add hot water - 2 cups & mix well. Simmer on high flame.
- Add rest green peas & potato & mix well.
- Add kitchen king masala & mix well.
- Add garam masala powder & mix well.
- Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
- Add green coriander & mix well.
- If gets thcik, add a little water & simmer for another 5-6 mins.
- Serve hot.
