LOCKDOWN RECIPE EK PYAZ AUR EK TAMATAR SE BANAYE 5 LOGON KE LIYE ALOO MATAR KI GRAVY BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Potato - 1 (Cut into cubes)
  2. Green peas - 1 Cup
  3. Onion - 1 (Cut into cubes)
  4. Tomato - 1 (Cut into cubes)
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  9. Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
  10. Kitchen King Masala - 1 tsp
  11. Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
  12. Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
  13. Green Coriander - Few
  14. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  15. Salt - To taste
  16. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add onion & grind it to make a puree.
  2. Add tomato & grind it to make a puree.
  3. Take a karahi, add oil, cumin seeds & saute.
  4. Add onion puree & saute.
  5. After a min of sauteing, add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  6. After 2-3 mins, add tomato puree & saute.
  7. After 3-4 mins, add turmeric powder & saute.
  8. Add red chilli powder & saute.
  9. Add coriander powder & saute.
  10. Add salt 7 saute. Add a little water & mix well.
  11. After 1-2 mins, add green peas, potato & saute.
  12. Add kashmiri lal mirch powder 7 mix well.
  13. Add a little water & mix well. Put the lid & simmer for 5-6 mins.
  14. take out some. Mash green peas & potato.
  15. Add hot water - 2 cups & mix well. Simmer on high flame.
  16. Add rest green peas & potato & mix well.
  17. Add kitchen king masala & mix well.
  18. Add garam masala powder & mix well.
  19. Add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
  20. Add green coriander & mix well.
  21. If gets thcik, add a little water & simmer for another 5-6 mins.
  22. Serve hot.
