KADAI CAKE | LOCKDOWN RECIPE | लॉकडॉउन में बनाए बिना ओवन, बिना अंडे, बिना बीटर और मेजरिंग कप के कडाई केक BY AYESHA'S WORLD



  • PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 30 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 3-4
INGREDIENTS:
  1. All-Purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup
  2. Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  3. Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
  4. Curd - 3 tsp
  5. Milk - 1/2 Cup
  6. Sugar Powder - 3 tsp
  7. Vanilla Essence - 3-4 Drops OR Grounded Almonds (10-12) - 1 tbsp
  8. Raisins - Few (Dust with a little all-purpose flour)
  9. Oil - 2 tsp 
METHOD:
  1. Place a vessel stand, a plate on it & put the lid to pre-heat for 10 mins.
  2. Grease katoris or mould with oil.
  3. Take a thal. Keep a strainer, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, soda bi-carb. Sieve all ingredients.
  4. Take a bowl, add curd & whisk it.
  5. Add sugar powder & whisk it.
  6. Add oil & whisk it.
  7. Add sieved flours & mix well by adding milk & mix in one direction.
  8. Add vanilla essence or grounded almonds & mix well in one direction.
  9. Add raisins & mix well. Dust katoris or moulds with all-purpose flour.
  10. Pour batter equally into katori or mould. In a pre-heated karahi. Place a plate, keep katoris or mould.
  11. Put the lid, cover with a cotton cloth or kitchen towel & let it cook on medium-low flame for 25-30 mins.
  12. After 25 mins, once it turns a little golden, turn off the flame.
  13. Keep aside & let it cool down at room temperature.
  14. Once it cools down completely, demould it.
  15. Spread honey on it.
  16. Serve hot.
