- Chickpeas - 1 Cup (Soak in water for overnight)
- Onion - 1 Big (Finely Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/ 2tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Dry Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds & saute.
- Add bay leaf & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- After a min of sauteing, add ginger garlic paste & saute.
- After a min, add tomato & saute. Add salt & saute.
- After 1-2 mins, add all the masalas, a little water & mix well.
- Add curd & saute.
- Add green chilies & saute.
- Add chickpeas & saute. On high flame, add salt.
- After a min, add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
- Add a glass of water. Put the lid, bring cooker on full pressure on high flame cook it till 6-7 whistles.
- Add a little water. Add green coriander.
- Serve hot.
