INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chickpeas - 1 Cup (Soak in water for overnight)
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Finely Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
  4. Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/ 2tsp
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  9. Dry Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
  12. Curd - 2 tbsp
  13. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  14. Bay Leaf - 1
  15. Salt - To Taste
  16. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  2. Add bay leaf & saute.
  3. Add onion & saute.
  4. After a min of sauteing, add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  5. After a min, add tomato & saute. Add salt & saute.
  6. After 1-2 mins, add all the masalas, a little water & mix well.
  7. Add curd & saute.
  8. Add green chilies & saute.
  9. Add chickpeas & saute. On high flame, add salt.
  10. After a min, add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
  11. Add a glass of water. Put the lid, bring cooker on full pressure on high flame cook it till 6-7 whistles.
  12. Add a little water. Add green coriander.
  13. Serve hot.
