- Potatoes - 4 (Cut into thick slices)
- Tomato - 1/2 (Cut into slices)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - Less than 1/4 tsp
- Dry Coconut Powder - 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
- Green Chillies - 2
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Take a vessel, add all the ingredients, a glass of water. Keep it on high flame & let it cook till potato turns tender & separates from oil.
- Serve hot.
