HOW TO MAKE PERFECT RICE FOR BIRYANI WITH SOME TIPS | STEP BY STEP METHOD BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 5-6 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Basmati Rice - 1 Kg (Wash & Soak in water in 10-15 mins)
- Dry Spices: Bay Leaf -2, Cinnamon Stick - 1, Green Cardamom - 2, Cloves, Black Cardamom -2, Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp, Caraway Seeds - 1 tsp
- White Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 3 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a vessel, add water twice the rice, add dry spices, all the ingredients (3-5). Put the lid & let the water boil, when the water boils, add soaked rice & mix well.
- Put the lid, let it cool. Place a strainer, add rice & strain the water.
- And it's cooked.
