HOW TO MAKE PERFECT RICE FOR BIRYANI WITH SOME TIPS | STEP BY STEP METHOD BY AYESHA'S WORLD

  • PREPARATION TIME: 5-6 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Basmati Rice - 1 Kg (Wash & Soak in water in 10-15 mins)
  2. Dry Spices: Bay Leaf -2, Cinnamon Stick - 1, Green Cardamom - 2, Cloves, Black Cardamom -2, Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp, Caraway Seeds - 1 tsp
  3. White Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt - 3 tbsp
  5. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a vessel, add water twice the rice, add dry spices, all the ingredients (3-5). Put the lid & let the water boil, when the water boils, add soaked rice & mix well.
  2. Put the lid, let it cool. Place a strainer, add rice & strain the water.
  3. And it's cooked.
