INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled Potatoes - 4 Big (Mashed)
  2. Green Peas - 1 Cup
  3. Mustard Seed s- 1 tsp
  4. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
  6. Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  11. Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  12. Green Coriander - Few
  13. Bread - As Required
  14. Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
  15. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a karahi. Add ingredients (3-7) & saute.
  2. After 1 min of sauteing, add mashed potatoes & mix well.
  3. Add green peas & mix well.
  4. Add all the ingredients (8-10) & mix well. Cook it on low flame, add chaat masala & mix well.
  5. After 2-3 mins, turn off the flame.
  6. Add green coriander & mix well. Let it cool down at room temperature.
  7. Take a bread slice, cut it into any shape. Make bread crumbs out of the leftover bread. Take a mixer jar, add bread & grind it. Take it out in a bowl.
  8. Take a bowl, add cornflour, a little water & mix well.
  9. Place bread put potato mix, put another bread on it. Dip bread into the cornflour mix, coat with bread crumbs.
  10. Heat oil in a frying pan. Put it one by one in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
  11. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
