- Boiled Potatoes - 4 Big (Mashed)
- Green Peas - 1 Cup
- Mustard Seed s- 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
- Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Green Coriander - Few
- Bread - As Required
- Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Heat oil in a karahi. Add ingredients (3-7) & saute.
- After 1 min of sauteing, add mashed potatoes & mix well.
- Add green peas & mix well.
- Add all the ingredients (8-10) & mix well. Cook it on low flame, add chaat masala & mix well.
- After 2-3 mins, turn off the flame.
- Add green coriander & mix well. Let it cool down at room temperature.
- Take a bread slice, cut it into any shape. Make bread crumbs out of the leftover bread. Take a mixer jar, add bread & grind it. Take it out in a bowl.
- Take a bowl, add cornflour, a little water & mix well.
- Place bread put potato mix, put another bread on it. Dip bread into the cornflour mix, coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Put it one by one in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
