INGREDIENTS:
  1. Raw Mangoes - 1 (Cut into cubes)
  2. Onions - 4-5 (Cut into cubes)
  3. Whole Dry Red Chillies - 10-12
  4. Garlic Cloves - 10-12
  5. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  6. Salt - To Taste
METHOD:
  1. Soak whole dry red chillies in a bowl of water for 15-20 mins.
  2. Heat a pan put it on high flame & bring it to a boil.
  3. After 5-6 mins, turn off the flame. Take out the chillies & keep aside.
  4. Take a mixer jar, add boiled chillies, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, salt & grind well.
  5. Add raw mangoes & grind well.
  6. Add onions & grind well.
  7. Serve with roti, rice etc.
