INGREDIENTS:
  1. Bread Slices - As Required
  2. Boiled Potatoes - 3 (Mash them)
  3. Onion - 1 Small (Finely Chopped)
  4. Tomato - 1/2 (Finely Chopped)
  5. Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
  6. Green Coriander - Few
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  9. Black Pepper Powder - Less than 1/2 tsp
  10. Raw Mango Powder (Amchur) - Less than 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt - To Taste
  12. Olive Oil - As Required
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (2-11) & mix all of them together.
  2. Take a bread slice, spread the prepared potato filling on the bread slices, place another slice of bread on it. Spread some olive oil on it.
  3. Heat a grill pan. Put the bread on it & let it turn golden brown & crispy. Cut it into any desired shape.
  4. Serve hot.
