  1. Green Coriander - 1/2 Bunch
  2. Lemon - 1
  3. Capsicum - 1/2
  4. Green Chillies - 4-5
  5. Peanuts - 1 tbsp
  6. Gram Dal - 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger - Small Piece
  8. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Rock Salt - 1 tbsp
  11. Sugar - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients (1-10) & grind it.
  2. Add sugar & grind it finely.

Boil milk in a vessel. Add sugar & milk. Heat another vessel, soak china grass in another water & add it in the vessel. Cook until it dissolves. Add dissolved china grass in the boiling milk & turn off the flame. Stir continuously for 2-3 mins. Take an open plate, & add china grass & milk in it, keep aside to rest & set at room temperature. Add dry fruits & keep aside. Once it gets set, keep it in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
