ISS MONSOON MEI TRY KIJIYE MOONG DAL KE PAKODIYAN JOH CHAI KA MAZA BADADEBY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Potatoes - 2 Medium (Soak it in water)
  2. Onion - 1 Medium (Finely Chopped)
  3. Moong Dal - 1 Cup (Soak it in water for 2-3 hours & strain water from dal)
  4. Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
  6. Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
  7. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
  8. Green Chillies- 3-4
  9. Whole Dry Red Chillies -2-3
  10. Ginger - 1 Small Piece
  11. Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
  12. Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
  13. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  14. Salt - To Taste
  15. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl of water, grate potatoes, squeeze water from potatoes. Keep a bowl, place a strainer, strain water.
  2. Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients (3-10) & grind well.
  3. Take a bowl, add the grounded paste. Add all the ingredients (11-14), grated potatoes & mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Heat oil for frying. Make some balls & put the mixture in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
  5. Serve hot.
