- Potatoes - 2 Medium (Soak it in water)
- Onion - 1 Medium (Finely Chopped)
- Moong Dal - 1 Cup (Soak it in water for 2-3 hours & strain water from dal)
- Fennel Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Green Chillies- 3-4
- Whole Dry Red Chillies -2-3
- Ginger - 1 Small Piece
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Green Chillies - 2 (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a bowl of water, grate potatoes, squeeze water from potatoes. Keep a bowl, place a strainer, strain water.
- Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients (3-10) & grind well.
- Take a bowl, add the grounded paste. Add all the ingredients (11-14), grated potatoes & mix all the ingredients well.
- Heat oil for frying. Make some balls & put the mixture in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
